Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 10, 2026

Welcome to Hemet Quality Concrete. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Hemet Quality Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services in Hemet, CA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, decorative concrete, and related concrete work. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel projects if site conditions are unsafe, if required permits cannot be obtained, or if circumstances prevent us from completing work to our quality standards.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultations are approximate and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

You agree to pay all charges according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards as specified in your agreement.

3. Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet deadlines, actual completion dates may vary due to weather, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions.

Concrete curing times are dictated by environmental conditions and material specifications. You agree to follow our recommendations regarding when surfaces can be used after installation.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining necessary permissions from homeowners associations or property managers, and ensuring access to the work area. You must inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles before work begins.

You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area during construction. You are responsible for protecting landscaping, structures, and personal property outside the immediate work zone.

5. Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for one year from project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, freeze-thaw cycles, or conditions beyond our control.

Natural concrete characteristics including minor color variations, hairline cracks, and efflorescence are not defects and are not covered by warranty. We will provide maintenance recommendations to help your concrete last as long as possible.

6. Liability

Hemet Quality Concrete carries liability insurance for property damage and injuries occurring during our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues arising from previous work by others.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hemet Quality Concrete from claims arising from your actions, decisions to proceed with work against our recommendations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to project scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will provide revised estimates for any requested changes before proceeding.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or after materials have been ordered may incur fees for materials and labor already committed to your project.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of content. Images and examples shown may not represent exact results for your project.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or related systems.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services or these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms of Service are governed by California state law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of California courts for any matters not resolved through arbitration.
