Work will not commence until a written agreement is in place and any required deposit is received.
Free estimates are provided at our discretion and may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to crew availability, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice if an estimate appointment needs to change.
The terms governing any specific concrete project - including scope of work, materials, timeline, payment schedule, warranty, and dispute resolution - will be detailed in the project contract provided to you before work begins. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and your general relationship with the Company; they do not supersede or replace the terms of any individual project contract.
Natural variations in concrete color, texture, and surface finish are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Hairline cracks that develop over time due to curing, shrinkage, or normal settlement are normal and expected. Any warranty or workmanship guarantee specific to your project will be outlined in your written contract.
